TRAINING AND Technical Assistance

CNUS offers a comprehensive and customized range of trainings, technical assistance and other services to a broad constituency that includes local government, religious and civic institutions, community groups and individuals from all walks of life.

Through highly consultative and co-creative processes, the Center for NuLeadership on Human Justice and Healing (CNHJH) specializes in organizational capacity building to assist clients in increasing their ability to operate effectively and sustainably toward Human Justice principles. The training and technical assistance offerings can take the form of workshops, presentations, short or long-term operational observations, focus groups and interviews, among others. Each offering targets key issues with current best practices to affect organizational effectiveness and tailor capacity building plans to meet the unique needs of individual organizations.
